The application and enrollment process is completed through our FACTS family portal. Listed below is the order in which the process works:

• Attend an Informational Meeting and Visitor Day Dates will be posted in the Fall of 2023. If you have attended one in the past year, you are not required to attend another one, and can apply directly.
• Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaire
• Application and fee due on FACTS website
• Interview scheduled and completed
• Acceptance notice sent via email
• Enrollment fee paid on website and payment plan selected
