The application and enrollment process is completed through our FACTS family portal. Listed below is the order in which the process works:

• Attend an Informational Night and/or Schedule a tour. If you have attended one in the past year, you are not required to attend another one, but we do encourage you to if you are able. The dates and times are as follows:
  • Informational Nights are come and go events in which you can meet and speak with our staff, see the facility, and peruse the curriculum
    • March 4th 5:30-7:30 pm
    • April 10th 5:30-7:30 pm
  • Prospective Student Tours are scheduled by RSVP to jill.lee@fbccrosby.org
    • January 30th 9-10 am
    • February 20th 9-10 am
    • April 24th 9-10 am
    • May 15th 9-10 am
• Read through the Telos CCS FAQ list (linked below)
• Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (linked below)
• Application and fee due on FACTS website
• Parent Interview scheduled and completed with Telos Admissions Team
• Acceptance notice sent via email
• Enrollment fee paid on website and payment plan selected
• Financial Contract and Parent/Student Handbook signed and turned in to Telos CCS
